Leading implementation of the S&OL performance frame, including the data flow, analytics and visualisation required to operationalise the frame.
Evaluating, developing and implementing the processes and tools that enable S&OL operational performance. Ensure that they are fit for purpose, efficient and support effective delivery.
Recommending and leading performance improvement interventions.
Supporting efficiency of the business interface model through integration of appropriate data and performance metrics, to enable productive engagement and service delivery of S&OL.
Testing efficiency of the core processes & tools that integrate work across S&OL, improving teamwork and delivery across LDTs and SCs, and looking for opportunities to remove barriers and drive performance improvement.
Input: S&OL annual work plan, budget and gross resourcing level.
Perform: Operationalisation of performance frame.
Recommend: New or changed workflow or interfaces in support of improved performance.
