Review employment applications and job orders to match applicants with job requirements.
Schedule or conduct new employee orientations.
Select qualified job applicants or refer them to managers, making hiring recommendations when appropriate.

Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.

Education: High Education
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of HR specialist experience, Staying up-to-date with the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and other relevant labor and employment laws, Strong knowledge of payroll processes, including calculation of wages, taxes, and deductions.
Language: Azeri, Russian, English (all fluent)
Computer skills: Good computer literacy (MS Office), SAP is preferred
