Provide leadership and guidance for Production Regions as they roll out the PSFs as part of their PSIP
Work with the Solutions Operations team and integrate the PSFs with Operating Discipline efforts
Establish and implement a plan for integrating the PSFs in Refining and other bp businesses.
Support the development and implementation of initiatives to improve PS performance, such as Process Safety Improvement Plans and analysis of process safety incidents.
Provide coaching and mentoring PS practitioners throughout the business.
Support investigations of major PS incidents as needed.

Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, or relevant technical discipline
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role
Ability to collaborate and deliver as a member of a team
Ability to influence others without formal authority
Ability to develop pragmatic and compliant solutions to complex problems
Ability to build enduring capability by coaching and mentoring.
