We currently have an opportunity for a talented and inspirational Spa Manager to join Four Seasons Hotel Baku team in Baku, Azerbaijan.
You will be responsible for the daily operation of the Spa team which includes Spa facilities and Health Club.
Responsibilities will include selection, talent management and development of our Spa team, planning and developing Spa promotions, hygiene and sanitation, effective planning, budgeting and ensuring our guests receive the highest levels of service excellence consistently.

Ideally you will demonstrate strong Spa skills and will be expected to transfer the skill set to our team with a focus on their development. You will bring your personal touch and energy to all our spa experiences to put your fingerprints on the spa.
