Carrying out complete contract cycle, including the issuance of tenders, making bidders list, commercial evaluation, drafting contract, and contract issuance;
Placing local and international purchase orders;
Confirming acceptability of the suppliers’ invoices;
Evaluating spending operations while seeking ways to improve and enhance the quality of products purchased and the timeliness of deliveries;
Handling urgent customer requests immediately;
Maintaining relationships with suppliers while continually scouting for additional vendors;
Communicating with facility managers regularly regarding the efficient flow of goods and services affecting production;
Negotiating major supply contracts with bidders to ensure most economic conditions, consistent with high quality and reliable delivery are obtained;
Solicitating quotations to specifications and drawings from engineering;
Commercial analysis of tender submissions and approval;
Making purchase decisions based on price, delivery, and suitability;
Preparing bid tabulations and obtaining engineering approvals.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or related fields
3 plus years of experience in related area; facility management and hospitality industries experience are preferable;
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook;
Fluency in Azerbaijani and English, good in Russian;
Time-management skills for juggling numerous time-sensitive projects simultaneously;
Strong analytical skills;
Highly skilled in data reporting;
Working well as part of a bigger team, but also being able to deliver and work independently.
