Provide HR advisory and support services to designated business units, including advice and guidance on HR policies and recommendations.
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Provide day-to-day coaching to leaders of designated business functions including policy interpretation and application, performance management and employee relations issues.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations if needed.
Develop and drive strategies to attract, develop, engage, and retain strong and diverse talent, with an eye for longer-term growth and stability.
Perform talent acquisition to ensure robust candidate pipeline. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
Network and build contacts to source candidates better in the future.

University degree in HRM or MBA.
Minimum of 4 years of experience as an HR generalist having expertise in especially talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations ideally.
Experience in a high volume, fast paced and customer focused environment (preferably with experience in banking and FMCG companies).
Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani and English, Russian is desirable.
HR certifications (SHRM, CIPD, HRCI etc.) will be considered an advantage.
