Required knowledge and at 3 years of experience in helpdesk, systems administration, hardware, and software listed below:
- Expert knowledge and experience in Microsoft Active Directory, including domain architecture, user and group management, GPOs, and LDAP integration.
- Strong understanding of DHCP and DNS technologies, including configuration and troubleshooting of DNS and DHCP servers, DNS zone management, and DHCP scopes.
- Expert knowledge and experience in DFS, including file and folder replication, namespace management, and DFS site design.
- In-depth knowledge of NTFS security permissions, including how to assign, modify, and troubleshoot NTFS permissions.
- Advanced knowledge and experience with VMware ESXi and vCenter, including installation, configuration, and management of virtual machines, resource allocation, and vMotion.
- Expert knowledge and experience with Cisco routing and switching technologies, including VLANs, routing protocols, ACLs, and NAT.
- Strong understanding of IP telephony, including VoIP protocols, PBX configuration, SIP trunking, and call routing.
- Advanced knowledge of Linux operating systems, including installation, configuration, and management of Linux servers, services, and applications.
- In-depth knowledge and experience with NAS devices, including configuration, management, and troubleshooting of storage systems.
- Advanced understanding of Fortinet security solutions, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion prevention systems.
- Strong familiarity with HP and Dell servers, including hardware components, server installation, and configuration, and RAID storage systems.
- Advanced knowledge and experience with desktop environments, including Windows and Mac OS.
- Experience with hardware repair, including diagnosing and replacing hardware components.
- Expertise in structured cabling, including installation and termination of Cat5e, Cat6, and fiber optic cables.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills Azerbaijani languages
- Minimum of 1 year of experience communicating effectively with native English speakers
- Willingness and availability to work night shifts
