Assist with the configuration and maintenance of VoIP systems including CUCM
Monitor and troubleshoot VoIP issues, including call quality and system outages.
Assist with the setup and configuration of new VoIP systems.
Work with end-users to provide support and training on VoIP systems.
Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to VoIP systems.
Collaborate with the VoIP Administrators on projects and initiatives related to VoIP technology.
