Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse and top-quality candidates for open positions
Manage relationships with external recruitment partners and vendors, ensuring that they understand the organization's culture, values, and recruitment goals
Screen resumes and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the position
Manage the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and extending job offers
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders throughout the organization
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices and employment laws
Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates and referral sources
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
Develop and maintain recruiting metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts
Stay up-to-date on emerging recruitment technologies and tools, and identify opportunities to improve the recruitment process and candidate experience
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the talent acquisition team, helping them develop their skills and advance their careers.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the organization's staffing needs, hiring goals, and talent management priorities
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership on recruitment trends, market insights, and industry best practices
Work closely with the HR team to develop and maintain a strong employer brand and employee value proposition
Develop and maintain strong relationships with professional networks, industry associations, and other recruitment-related groups to stay connected with the latest trends and insights in the talent acquisition field
Ensure that the recruitment process is efficient, effective, and aligned with the organization's business objectives
Partner with the HR team to develop and implement training programs and resources to support hiring managers in recruitment and selection processes
Provide strategic direction to the talent acquisition team, setting goals and objectives, measuring performance, and driving continuous improvement.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
More than 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a senior or lead role
Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong Azerbaijan and English language skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with applicant tracking systems and other HR technology tools
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting top talent.
