Bachelor degree or higher in a relevant discipline
At least 1 year of product or UX/UI design experience with proven track record of success
Proven ability to empower, mentor & provide feedback
Experience in agile environment/using agile methodologies is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High-level proficiency in Figma
Good knowledge of PowerPoint/Keynote or Adobe Suite is an advantage
Data-driven decision-making
Fluency in Azerbaijani and good knowledge of English

Design new digital and non-digital insurance products/features
Design and shape the user interface and experience for new & existing products
Explore existing product problems, develop solutions for modification and implement changes based on the customers feedback, behavior, and the products business strategy.
Gather business requirements, customer research, and user needs, and distill them into actionable insights. Derive hypotheses, communicate them effectively, and test them.
Design and communicate effectively through diagrams, sketches, designs, and low to high fidelity prototypes.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research using a variety of methods
Concept, prototype, validate designs/products, iterate and test with real users
Execute UX writing, product related guidelines and visuals, develop FAQ content
Work in an Agile environment within a cross-functional team of Product Owner & developers to shape epics & stories and execute functional/non-functional quality assurance
Build effective relationships with stakeholders and encourage a customer-centric mindset
Contribute to overall strategy and decision-making about product roadmap
Monitor local and global market trends, product innovation
