Junior HR Specialist is performing the duty of clerical and administrative support to optimize workflow procedures in HR duties, assisting colleagues and executives by supporting them with planning and distributing information as well as being the point of reference for all queries, requests, or issues.

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties. Providing administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals.
• Maintaining HR files and databases, updating employee information, and ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee data.
• Assisting in processing payroll and maintaining accurate employee time and attendance records.
• Preparing orders, contracts, and other paperwork jobs.

• Strong interpersonal skills; good written and verbal communications skills; team spirit; Solid understanding of filing systems; knowledge of general office procedures; a strong work ethic; integrity and professionalism.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• Proven work experience as HR or Staff Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position (minimum 1 year)
• Azerbaijani (native), English (fluent), Russian (advantage) 
• Microsoft Office (Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software, including Word and Excel)
