Provision of executive secretarial support for Executive Management Committees
Support in preparation of meeting materials/presentations, setting up the agendas, organizing the meetings and coordination Management calendar
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, providing prompt and customer-focused service
Support in preparing, documenting and retaining the minutes, briefs and protocols
Provide storage and archive of proper filings and records, including those of a confidential and sensitive nature
Liaison (coordination, registration and tracking of queries) between group Companies and Holding, provide administrative support for Executive Management members
Execute Superior’s verbal and written instructions and assignments

Higher education in Business or relative fields
Written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of MS Office (espessially MS Power Point, MS Excel)
Detailed oriented, high organizational and planning abilities
Time management skills
Facilitating skills
Fluent knowledge of Azerbaijani and English languages, knowledge of Russian will be an advantage
