To execute customized full cycle recruiting process partnering closely with functional hiring managers to achieve hiring goals and targets
To ensure alignment of recruitment and selection process on organizational needs, recruitment plan, personnel budget, company policy and procedures
To utilize social media sourcing (inclusive of LinkedIn and other social media platforms) to support talent attraction
To draft and prepare advertisements for vacant positions and ensure that information is accurately entered and vacancies are posted in all possible channels
To coordinate interviews arranged with hiring managers. Support and guide hiring managers for active use of competency based interviews
To keep recruitment records (applications, interview feedbacks, assessment results, reference and background checks and other related data)
To promote company brand and represent the company in HR events. To act as an ambassador of the company, attend and represent company in job fairs, university career days, conferences and other related HR events
To perform reference check for successful candidates and initiate background check
To manage onboarding of new employees properly and make sure that all responsible functions were communicated about new employee on time, employees were provided with all necessary when they start the work.

Education in HR field, related trainings and international certifications are preferable
Strong interviewing skills.
Knowledge and expertise in competency based selections is must
To be familiar with employment code and regulations
Work experience – not required
Knowledge of MS Office Programmes
Fluent in Azerbaijani and English languages. Russian language is preferable
