Key aspects of the role include the coordination and performing SAP material movement transactions (Receipt, Issue, Transfer, Write Off) as required.
Ensure all stock-in / stock-out transactions are performed with strict adherence to statutory and corporate requirements, including freight-in gross-up, availability of all backups, etc.
Coordinates cycle count process from generation of cycle counting sheets, and physical inventory sheets and up to maintaining the accuracy of the on-hand inventory count through investigation and resolving variances.
Performs periodic and ad-hoc reporting internally and externally, e.g. monthly stock-in status reporting, quarterly SLOB (Slow Moving and Obsolete) material reporting, annual Material and Technical requirement reporting to SOCAR HQ, etc.
For all projects, coordinate with Contractors project material movement, including but not limited to stock-in and stock-out of the project material, project surplus material management, project scrap material management, etc.
Hands-on handle binning storage system in coordination with Warehouse.
Establish regular interface meetings with procurement, warehouse, expediting, planning, contracts, finance and/or project management personnel to ensure prevention of delays associated with each stage of the material in-take and processing.
Coordinate interface and integration between MM and PM modules

Degree and / or qualification in Business Administration or related field (alternatively minimum 10 year experience in the same field)
Evidence of trainings and certifications in related field
Minimum 5 year experience, preferably in Oil & Gas Sector;
Strong working experience of SAP ERP (MM Module, PM Module)
Fluent Azerbaijani and English language skills
IT literacy, strong skills in Excel and the ability to handle electronic data
