Coordination of Design and Implementation Phases of HSE & PS Program including interface with HSE & PS Program Contractor
Coordination of HSE & PS Program deliverables and process
Review and tracking of HSE & PS Communication Plan
Coordination with HSE & PS, Site Managers, and others to gather input for program design and support deployment.
Timely assessment and reporting of Program solutions and project deliverables.
Organizing, attending in project review meetings and workshops.
Report to BE Project Supervisor regarding all aspects of the Program.
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Ensuring project adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for the program.
Facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to project team members.
Proceed appropriate administrative actions in a timely manner to ensure that no negative impact to program deliverables.
Liaising with contractor and building strong working relationships.
Recommending changes to HSE & PS Program that is ongoing if it appears not proceeding on schedule or is producing unsatisfactory results

Bachelors Degree in HSE / engineering or project management discipline is mandatory.
Master’s Degree in related or any technical field is preferred.
Minimum of 2-3 years progressive working experience in oil/gas industry, preferably in project execution of projects related to HSE & PS.
Experience in HSE & PS systems’ development and/or improvement projects, as well as risk analysis, compliance assessment, and auditing in operation environment
Experience in HSE & PS procedure compilation
Understanding of international management system standards for HSE (e.g., ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 31000, ISO 22301, ISO 45001, ISO 50001) and local regulations
Experience in the following HSE & PS elements:
Incident investigation process.
Process Safety Management (i.e., Permit to Work system, MOC, TBT, etc.)
