Support in design and delivery of induction training courses which will include a regular review and update of the program in line with organizational changes and needs;
Support on the design and implementation of all core mandatory training courses to ensure they are current and available where possible;
Support in implementing key learning projects in line with Organization Learning & Development Strategy;
Support in design and facilitation of various training courses in line with organizational needs;
Support in the continual and ongoing development and design of blended learning in a variety of formats;
Support when required in the administration and coordination of training bookings, venue hires and maintaining great partnership working with external training providers;
Support with the internal communications for learning initiatives across the organisation

Has min 3 years of experience in Training & Development field
Degree or Masters in any discipline, Human Resources Management is preferred;
Knowledge and experience in/of LMS platforms
Demonstrates understanding of Learning & Development principles and strategy
Certificates (PHRi/SPHRi, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, CIPD) are desirable
Ability to design courses and knowledge of teaching
Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment
Good analytical mind and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Effective organizational and planning skills, as well as the ability to multitask
Initiative and enthusiastic approach
Language Skills: Azerbaijani – Fluent; English –professional proficiency, Russian – advantage
