Stay up-to-date and ensure compliance with laws and regulations
Perform all personnel administration related activities (hiring, termination, promotion, position changes, replacement, etc.) according to the Azerbaijan Labor Code
Process employment records and related amendments in E-Government System;
Maintain personnel status changes including salary, department and shifts, job title, supervisors, new hires, terminations, etc. up to date
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
Ensuring background and reference checks are completed
Preparation of personal folders according to company policy
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)
Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Assist in processing payroll, which includes ensuring vacation and sick time are tracked in the system
Maintaining current HR files and databases
Work with Life insurance company on reporting and updating current employees data, new hires, and terminations in regard to compulsory life insurance and other elevant programs
Analyzing and prepare necessary data as per request
Working with HR Director over development and implementation policies, procedures, and/or processes that support broader talent acquisition strategies and hiring
Respond to employee inquiries in regard to HR related issues within job role
Completing termination paperwork and assisting with exist interviews
Recruitment (preparation of job descriptions, CV screening)
Participate in HR Projects
Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Higher education
2-3 years of experience in an HR related field
Strong knowledge of Azerbaijan Labor Code
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including MS Excel skills
Strong analytical skills
Attention to details and readiness to work under tight deadlines
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Language requirements: Azerbaijani, Russian, English
