Manage the sales team’s performance, including coaching them on effective sales techniques and providing feedback to improve performance;
Develop and maintain business relationships with current corporate customers and prospective clients, including, contract negotiations, pitches and presentations in line with the Saffron Group brand;
Conduct market research and develop sales marketing strategies and new products and services to achieve the maximum revenue;
Develop and implement marketing plans that include sales advertising campaigns, public relations efforts, and events to promote venues, new products, and services;
Maintain up-to-date files on all corporate clients and significant prospects, including copies of correspondence provided to or received from such prospects directly within the CRM System;
Attend networking events and extend a professional support service;
Coordinating with other departments within the organization to ensure that each step of the sales process runs smoothly;
Think strategically about our Brand and deliver that most effectively from a B2B and B2C perspective for our stakeholders, through various touch points including media, online, ooh etc.;
Be responsible for defining and executing how to present our brands (physical and digital products) to potential and existing customer base;
Bring an obvious ability to take strategic concepts and translate these into beautifully executed, technically accurate final print-ready design;
Combine creative flair with a high level of technical ability;
Work closely with the wider team to ensure creative strategies are accurately translated into finished artwork;
Be responsible as an expert when it comes to producing first-class artwork across a broad; range of channels and has the ability to turn concepts into well-crafted designs quickly.

Minimum 4 years sales experience in a similar role preferably in Hospitality & Travel;
Higher education in relevant field;
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills;
Strong research, sales planning. prospecting and follow up skills;
Strong communication skills, well-polished, professional and articulate;
Highly self-motivated, energetic individual who builds strong relationships quickly;
Highly driven and goal orientated;
Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages are mandatory.
