Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques;
Responsible producing in the preparation of all food in the assigned station in the kitchen in accordance with the established company menus and recipes;
Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and all associated equipment with high levels of health and safety standards;
Deliver an exceptional experience for our guests from the kitchen and in the dining room;
Ensure complete knowledge of all staff recipes and that they are served to the correct standards;
Assisting in other areas of the kitchen when required.
