Follow the work schedule, inform management on possible delays, and take appropriate action.
Inspect construction area daily.
Control the quality of conducted work.
Check the volume of conducted work.
Have meetings with contractors.
Check the certificates of conformity of materials used in the area.
Control conformity for the construction project specifications, scope of work and compliance with the approved project schedule provided by the contractor. Supervise implementation of work on commissioning of the building and regularly inform the management.
Address permission letter to state agencies for new buildings.
Supervise construction work schedules and sequence, storing and accuracy of delivery of construction materials.
Provide timely information on risks and opportunities for improvement of work to management.
Monitor construction effectiveness and work planning, investigate the reasons of work delayes and inform management.
Participate in the process of delivery of buildings by preparing list of defects / deficiencies and participate in the process of eliminating defects / deficiencies.
Control the process of equipment installation.
Follow environmental, health, and safety regulations.
Perform other required tasks.

1-3 years working experience in civil engineering.
BS/MA in Civil Engineering
Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD
Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, regulatory approvals etc.
