Managing, communicating with, and sharing updates with PASHA Travel team
Organizing an info-sharing and other team gatherings to celebrate success and engage in lessons learned sessions
Running the day-to-day operations of the @pashatravel.az on Instagram & LinkedIn covering brand communication part & strategize long term planning of pages in partnership with our social team
Develop relationships across the organization to elevate the voice of the company’s vision & mission
Work closely with our Product unit to develop a deep understanding of our product, our development cycle, and use that expertise to communicate with both internal & external stakeholders
Develop insights and strategy with Product Marketing to help guide the direction of our creative campaigns
Working with Social Media operations team on consumer facing messaging

3+ years’ experience in social media, community management, and social marketing
Deeply passionate about social media and a heavy user of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
Experience working with content creators, streamers, youtuber’s, influencers
Ability to speak publicly, and effectively manage consumers feedback, concerns, and issues in a professional and respectful manner
Exceptionally strong interpersonal skills
Strategic thinker, who can build thoughtful, data and insight driven plans
Understanding of the product development process, with the ability to work closely and oftentimes embedded with product teams
