Responsible for the timely set up of the assigned Food & Beverage outlet, according to the meal settings and in line with the opening hours
Preparing schedules for all employees according to the forecast and within the limits of the staffing guide to ensure adequate manpower at all times
Ensure effective hiring, training, development, promotion and continuous reinforcement
Conducting regular training sessions with the assigned team in line with the departmental SOP’s
Evaluating the performance of the assigned team and initiate internal development and promotions
Establishing and updating the outlet’s database of regular guests
Lead and coach the team towards achieving exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction results
Touring the outlet and all related areas frequently, ensuring the highest possible cleanliness and maintenance standards
Develop and recommend the budget, marketing plans and objectives. Manage within those approved plans
Responsible for maintaining a high energy, positive, professional appearance
Plan, coordinate & manage special events and holiday functions
Ability to take the initiative to run the outlets as a free standing entity

Minimum of 3-5 years & above in similar capacity
Knowledgeable in F&B Operations
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing guest and personal services. This includes guest needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of guest satisfaction;
Understanding of the role of teamwork in providing quality services;
High level of written and verbal business Azeri, Russian and English
High level of social and interpersonal skills to coach and motivate
Highly developed organizational skills
Flexibility in shift/working patterns to meet the needs of the service in a developing and changing environment;
