We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced IT Onsite Specialist to support day-to-day IT operations and provide high-quality technical assistance to end-users. The role involves maintaining IT infrastructure, resolving technical issues, and ensuring compliance with corporate IT standards.
Provide onsite and remote IT support (hardware, software, network issues)
Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment (PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices)
Support onboarding/offboarding processes (accounts, access, equipment)
Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure (servers, switches, routers, Wi-Fi)
Administer and troubleshoot Windows OS and Microsoft Office 365
Manage IT assets (tracking, tagging, lifecycle management)
Ensure compliance with IT security and corporate policies
Collaborate with global/regional IT teams on escalations and projects
Maintain records in IT service management systems
Conduct user trainings in English
Support IT-related projects and system upgrades

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
2–4 years of experience in IT support / helpdesk roles
