Assist Asset Manager in development of control tools for project budget, schedule, and associated deliverables
Assist Asset Manager in consolidation and development of monthly, quarterly and annual reports
Foster cross-team collaboration to help project team members complete project tasks and produce deliverables
Supervise the project procurement process and track the incoming papers
Organize coordination of all committees operating within the project as per the governance process
Ensure that incoming and outgoing requests/tasks are fully understood and distributed to relevant stakeholders accordingly
Monitor execution of letters received through the OpenText system
In the absence of the team leader, ensure execution of tasks by taking over the management and ensuring coordination between the team members and if necessary, inform the senior management of all the issues related to the project
Archiving all documents submitted by the Operator, all reports developed by the team, etc. in the project's "Share Point" system
Obtaining information on the group's activities and delivering to the Asset Manager
Control the timely implementation of all assigned tasks
Organization of correspondence within the group and between relevant organizations
Establishment of effective coordination with all stakeholders within the project
Organization of business meetings with internal and other related enterprises
Taking appropriate notes during the meetings and organizing presentation of the final post-meeting notes by the team to the team leader
Ensure that interfaces are properly managed

Minimum 3 years’ experience required in a similar position or in Project Management (preferably in Oil & Gas)
Bachelor’s degree required
Must be an excellent communicator
Fluent in Azerbaijani, English and Russian
Additional course and workshops: PMI – PMP, Leadership
Microsoft Office Programs -Primavera, MS Project (both desirable)
